Dear Esteemed Members of the UNIOSUN Alumni Association,

I hope this message finds you in good health and spirits. I am writing to you today with a heavy heart to announce my decision to withdraw my candidacy for the position of General Secretary of our esteemed Alumni Association.

After much deliberation and consideration of various factors, including personal circumstances and unforeseen challenges that have recently arisen, I have concluded that I am unable to fully commit to the responsibilities and duties that this important role demands at this time.

While it was not an easy decision to make, I believe it is the most responsible course of action given the circumstances. I want to assure you that this decision was not made lightly and has been made with the utmost consideration for the best interests of our Alumni Association.

I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude to all those who have supported me throughout this journey. Your encouragement, advice, and unwavering belief in my abilities have meant the world to me, and I am deeply grateful for your support.

To my fellow candidates, I extend my heartfelt congratulations and best wishes. Each of you brings unique talents, perspectives, and ideas to the table, and I have no doubt that any one of you will serve our Alumni Association with distinction and dedication.

As I step back from this candidacy, I remain committed to supporting our Alumni Association in whatever capacity I can. I will continue to actively participate in our community events and initiatives, and I look forward to contributing to the success and growth of our association in the future.

Once again, I want to express my sincere apologies for any inconvenience or disappointment my decision may cause. I am grateful for the opportunity to have been a part of this process, and I remain committed to the values and mission of our Alumni Association.
